Upon completion you will be competent to care for premature and sick newborns and prepare them and their family for discharge.

We Require:
1 year experience in acute care ADN or BSN, a willingness to participate in shared governance, and to work nights.  NICU RNs are encouraged to pursue specialty certification after 2 years of NICU experience.  Participants will commit to working in NICU for 2 years following the completion of their program.
