Get on Track with Healthy Holiday Habits
The holiday season brings out unhealthy habits we practice during the year - from snacking on goodies to forgoing fitness. You may not always have control over foods served at holiday gatherings, but you can still enjoy a healthy holiday season. If you want to get back on track, hear from Lynae Klinginsmith, R.D., L.D., clinical dietitian on establishing healthy habits for the holiday season.

Journey Through Grief
Journey Through Grief is a six-session class for those who are grieving a loss through death. Designed to give an understanding of the grief process, the class will provide an opportunity to question, explore and share experiences that will lead to growth, recovery and healing. The program also will address symptoms of grieving, resources, coping skills, renewing relationships and building memories.
When: 3 - 4:30 p.m., Wednesdays, Oct. 15 – Nov. 19
Class Details: Six - 90 minute sessions. Registration is limited

One Thousand Hands Buddha Qigong
What is qigong?
Qigong (pronounced "chi gong") is a self-healing art that combines movement, breathing techniques, and meditation. Qigong's goal is to become aware of and cultivate one's own qi or energy.
What can qigong do for you?
- Decrease pain and reduce stress
- Strengthen memory and improve concentration
- Increase energy and help insomnia
- Provide therapeutic effects for chronic illnesses
