If you or your company would like to donate an item for the silent auction, please fill out our HOPE for Children Silent Auction Donation Form. If you're interested in being involved inthis year's silent auction, please call us to make arrangements by July 1, 2008. Providence Newberg Health Foundation is a non-profit 501©(3) organization. Any donars will receive an acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.
