INVITED TO OPEN HOUSE SHOWCASING
NEW CARDIOVASCULAR LAB
NEWBERG, Ore. - Heart disease is one of our nation's most common health problems. But new technology at Providence Newberg Medical Center is making treatment more effective and less invasive for patients.
The community is invited to a behind-the-scenes look at our new state-of-the-art cardiovascular lab from 1 - 3 p.m., Saturday, April 5 at the medical center. During the open house, visitors can meet our physicians and clinical team and learn how this new lab will serve the community.
Providence Newberg can now conduct minimally invasive procedures to treat a wide range of clinical problems including coronary artery disease. That's important because these catheter-based procedures may reduce the risks and recovery time found in traditional surgical approaches. That means shorter hospital stays and less time needed for recovery. These procedures can be performed on both the heart and blood vessels.
