Dr. Silvestre feels it is important to empower his patients when it comes to watching their health. "I provide education and emphasize personal responsibility when it comes to maintaining one's good health," he says. "At the same time, I will provide the best care possible and serve as an advocate for my patient throughout any period of illness."
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Silvestre earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at San Jose Medical Center.
Dr. Silvestre, who is married and has three children, enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling and playing soccer during his off time. He is also fluent in Spanish.
